How do we Work ?
The foundamental
principle for our start is to offer customized
high standard services, services able to answer
to the specific needs of each client. The steps
are:
- We discuss together with the client
about his needs and objectives, then we
define interest areas, the content and the
size of the project.
- The consulting team enter the
organization and do a preliminary assessment
of efficiency and effectiveness increase
opportunities for the sales and distribution
activities.
- Following this evaluation, an analysis
report is issued and some working directions
are proposed and decided with the client.
This working directions will become part of
the project.
- The result of this process will be
subject of discussions and validation and
will include proposals for organisational
changes, for processes optimization and for
implementing / improving the working
procedures.
- After the validation of the optimal
solution for the organization, we enter the
implementation stage, where we will also
provide support and consulting.
- After the end of the implementation, an
evaluation of results is conducted and based
on it some “fine tunnings” are done.
- According with the needs of each client,
during the process we can offer training and
coaching for the employees directly involved
into the implementation as well as for the
management team.
