Gabriel Dalea

Founder and consultant, GADA MANAGEMENT

Gabriel Dalea is one of the founders of Route 2M Consultants.

During his professional career, Gabriel did the steps from Sales Agent to Sales Director. In this last position he coordinated sales activities in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, as well as in Romania. He spend more than 14 years within multinational companies as Coca Cola, Danone, Henkel and Tchibo.

He experienced both the operational management and the project management. As a project manager he supported and coordinated route to market projects in Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Gabriel delivered training programs in Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, as well as Montenegro.

Gabriel is affiliate consultant with “Gerson Lehrman Group – GLG Councils” and with “Reuters Insight Expert Network”.

Willy De Clercq - external collaborator

Willy De Clercq is a trainer with more than 20 years sales experience and with more than 15 years pedagogical experience in professional training programs.

Willy is also founder of EVEC (Ecole de vente Europe Centrale – Central Europe Sales School.

He is Belgium citizen and is fluently speaking English, French, Flemish, Dutch, German and Russian.
After 9 years as Sales Training Manager within Danone Group, with responsibilities for sales training in 9 countries, Willy decided to become an independent trainer and business consultant.

Willy De Clercq can be available as trainer at the same fees as any Route 2M Consultants trainer, but we will charge in addition the logistic cost (transportation, hotel, restaurant).

The Management Team

Razvan Radu

Razvan is one of the founders of Route 2M Consultants and in the same time Managing Partner of the company.

Razvan started in consulting after more that 12 years within multinational companies as Shell, Danone and L’ Oreal.

Razvan developed route to market projects nationwide in Romania, as well as in Republic of Moldavia – where he worked as Country Business Development Manager.

Along his professional experience, Razvan did the steps from sales agent to national sales manager and country business development manager.
